It gives me great pleasure to write about Suresh. Suresh joined the Mass Properties team in 2012 and worked on several topics including Load ability studies on A330 & A350, recovered the stability charts of A300 & A310, performed ground stability limits for A350-900, 1000, A320NEO, and A330NEO. He actively supported the A330 CEO FAL as a part of the Airbus global initiative to improve efficiency, which resulted in lead time reduction. Since 2018 he took the role of Business Performance Improver supporting both the Indian Flight Physics (FP) department and contributing to the FP domain at Airbus global level. Some of his initiatives include providing Digital assistant for engineers, Future way of working (during COVID crisis), Organization structure design to enable transformation and unlock potential, and Innovation strategy. He also worked briefly as the Data custodian. One of his strong areas is Product Management. He was one of the key persons holding several workshops at Airbus India FP dept level and at global FP domain level. A workshop on Infinite Game mindset was designed and held for the Airbus global FP domain leadership team. I found that Suresh always came up with new ideas be it in the technical field or the process improvement. He likes challenges, especially open ended problem statements and enjoys working with multiple stake holders. Ten years ago I have been part of the group who hired Suresh for Airbus. This has been one of my best decisions I made during my career.
During the last ten years he proved to be capable to deal with all challenges. Specially his capability to think outside of the box and see the complete picture is impressive.
I'm blessed to know Suresh and wish him all the best for the future.
