Uber case study

Uber had launched Express pool in parallel to Uber pool in the US. Express pool product required the passengers to walk a distance of up to 200m from their current location of booking and would be matched with more pool passengers for even lower price than Uber pool. The product lead at Uber was experimenting in Boston city to find if they had to ask passengers to wait for up to 2 or 5 minutes? Originally the test was for 6 weeks. However due to the test they were potentially loosing 1.5 Mil USD per week. After 2 weeks of testing they met to explore if they have to continue the experiment or to stop, if they already had enough insights. The data analysis is done and I have provided my conclusion.
